MyMaths - as usual

We have finished spellings for this term. However, please encourage children to revise the various suffixes and spelling rules that we have covered over this term. They need to be able to apply these in their writing accurately.

CGP - I will not be setting any further pages in the CGP books this term.

Homework for the next 4 weeks is to:

  • revise previous learning from CGP books. Please look over any areas you found tricky, remind yourself of the formal methods used in Maths and grammatical terms.
  • design/create a game to support the revision of the grammar taught this term (use your CGP books as a guide). This can be done in pairs. The game can cover just one area of grammar or it may cover several areas. Be creative, it could take form of a board game, it could be an active game, some sort of quiz to win points. Ensure you have your game ready to bring in for TUESDAY 7th JANUARY 2020, you will be sharing and playing your games with the class. If you require any resources, to help you do this, please ask before we break up for the Christmas holidays.
  • enjoy your Christmas holidays! laugh
