Phonics

Today we will be writing down the sounds on whiteboards to show, when the teacher says the sound. You may do this on paper at home.

English/Handwriting

First complete the following warm up exercises - https://www.englishresearchpartnership.org/foundation-stage/

Then practise the formation of the 'one armed robot letters.' If you have a printer, you will need pages 6 and 7. Otherwise ask a grown up to write the first one of each letter in felt tip for you to trace over and then complete a line of them by yourself. remember to leave a finger space between each one. Please note the formation of 'k' as changed slightly from the RWInc sheets in the Autumn term. This is in preparation for learning how to join our letters in Year 1.
