Go outside and collect 10 interesting leaves or sticks etc and bring them inside with you. Line them up horizontally in a line and count them 1,2,3,4,5,6,7,8,9,10. Use them to practise your subtracting, remember to take leaves away from the right hand side i.e remove the 10th leaf leaving 1 -9 still there in the line.
This Friday, we are having a
'screen-free' afternoon to support
Children's Mental Health Week.
We feel that it is important for the children to spend some
time this afternoon away from technology and electronic devices.
Instead, we would like you to take a break and go outside to connect with nature.
Wrap up warm and go for a walk as a family or have a go at completing some of
the outdoor learning activities on our home learning page.
