When we delivered your packs, you received Login details to a Maths website that offers short activities for your child to complete.  On Mondays we will set 3 new pieces of work which you can try out in your own time that best suits you.  This will mainly be consolidation tasks for your child to recap previous learning.

The BBC bitesize have uploaded some useful home learning resources.  I particularly like the telling the time ones.  Learning and practicing o'clock times:

Half past times:

Recognising coins ( could play shops to support your child's understanding of money):

Counting coins (encouraging them to count in different steps-this will be new for some children)

To help with counting in 2s (focus on counting forwards to 12 x 2 = 24 and only go to 50 if your child wants a challenge)

Practice counting and subtraction: worksheets you could print off

Read Room on a Broom by Julia Donaldson and then try to measure the broom sticks. If you can not print the sheet, you could measure actual objects around the house.
