Staying active is essential for our physical and mental well-being.
It is very important that children get at least 60 minutes exercise each day, and have access to the outdoors where possible.
The Body Coach youtube channel has P.E workouts for children on a live stream Monday - Friday starting at 9am.
In the past few weeks we were rehearsing and performing a dance routine. I have not heard back from all parents regarding permission to put the filmed version on the website. However here is a link to last years performance should children wish to practice dancing to it at home.
